Poggio Capponi Vin Santo 50cl

Vin Santo is the classic Tuscan passito wine. The Trebbiano, Malvasia and San Colombano grapes are selected in the field and harvested late to achieve perfect ripeness. After a drying period, the must is fermented for a minimum period of 4 years in small oak, cherry and chestnut barrels. The wine is then bottled and aged in the bottle lying down for about 6 months. Perfect with cheeses, nuts and the classic pairing, Tuscan Cantuccini.
