From a family-owned estate located in the heart of Gascony, surrounded by forests on all sides. Farming organically and with biodynamic practices since 1998, this atypical blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Gris is made with minimum intervention and minimal addition of sulphites. Fresh and mineral, with a lovely texture and good weight, it is perfect with seafood and white meats.
