A classic expression of Chianti Classico. A blend of 95% Sangiovese and 5% Canaiolo, fermented separately in concrete tanks and rested for 12 months in 50hl classic "botti" and an extra 6 months in bottle. An immediately pleasant wine with an intense ruby colour and light garnet reflections. On the nose it opens with notes of berries and of sweet violet, while on the palate it is dry and robust with a pleasent, smooth finish. 375ml bottle
