Geuze Mariage Parfait is a traditional lambic beer of spontaneous fermentation. For the most part, this beer is assembled from 3-year-old lambic aged in oak barrels . In other words, the finest lambic, which has matured in the very best barrels in the brewery. It is no coincidence that the barrels that can supply lambic for Geuze Mariage Parfait are also the oldest in the brewery. Built between 1883 and 1914, they have been in service for more than 100 years as genuine lambic foeders . The microflora of wild yeasts in the wall of the wooden barrels is as old as the barrels themselves: thanks to its unique evolution, the most tender and fine lambic is created.
