The flagship wine of Anima Negra. This wine is made with hand-harvested indigenous Callet grapes (95%) with a touch of Mantonegro and Fogoneu. Aged for seventeen months in French oak followed by one year in bottle. Rich crushed blackberries, damson fruit, and spice.
